摘要
介绍以山苍子油为原料，合成β－紫罗兰酮，然后用过乙酸氧化、碱性条件下水解制得β－环高柠檬醛的工艺方法，产物结构经ＩＲ、ＧＣ／ＭＳ和元素分析等确证。
Litsea cubeba oil was used as the raw material, which was rearranged to synthesize β - ionone, oxidized with peracetic acid, hydrolyzed under basic condition and prepared β- cyclohomocitral at the same time. The product structure was determined by IR, GC/MS and elemental analysis.
