摘要
采用正交设计的方法研究聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯 (PTT)的聚合工艺条件对聚合物特性粘数和端羧基含量的影响 ,结果表明 :缩聚温度是影响聚合物性能的最显著的因素 ,其它 3个条件的影响较小。实验获得的优化工艺条件为 :原料配比 1.7∶ 1,催化剂用量 4× 10 - 4 mol/mol DMT,缩聚温度 2 6 5℃ ,稳定剂用量 1× 10 - 4 m ol/mol DMT。
The influence of polymerization conditions of polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT) on intrinsic viscosity and carboxy content was studied by orthography. The result showed that the polycondensation temperature had a profound influence on polymer property while the other conditions had a little. The optimized process conditions were: charge ratio of 1 7∶1, catalyst amount 4×10 -4 mol/mol DMT, polycondensation temperature 265℃, and stabilizer amount 1×10 -4 mol/mol DMT.
