灯盏细辛注射液治疗急性脑梗死效果

THE EFFECT OF DENGZHAN XIXIN INJECTION IN THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE CEREBRAL INFARCTION

目的探讨灯盏细辛注射液对急性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法将104例急性脑梗死病人随机分为治疗组56例和对照组48例,在常规治疗基础上,两组分别给予灯盏细辛注射液、盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗,观察治疗效果和神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗组总有效率为89.3%,对照组总有效率为70.3%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(Z=2.540,P<0.05)。两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分差值比较,差异亦有显著性(t′=12.643,P<0.01)。结论灯盏细辛注射液对急性脑梗死病人具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To assess the efficacy of Dengzhan xixin injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods This study consisted of 104 ACI patients, who were divided into two groups as treatment group （56 patients） and control group （48 patients）. The patients in the treatment group received Dengzban xixin injection and those in the control group received ligustrazine hydrochloride inieetion, respectively, in addition to conventional therapy for the two groups. The results were observed and neurologic impairment score was done as well. Results The total effective rate was 89.3% for the treatment group, and that for the control was 70.3%, the difference between two groups being significant （Z=2.540,P〈0.05）. The neurologic impairment scores in the two groups （before and after treatment） were significantly different （t＇ - 12. 643, P 0.01）. Conclusion Dengzhan xixin injection has a better treatment effectiveness for acute cerebral infarction.
