饮食行为与结直肠肿瘤发病关系的病例对照研究 被引量:2

ASSOCIATION OF DIET BEHAVIOUR WITH COLORECTOL NEOPLASMS:A CASE-CONTROL STUDY

摘要 目的探讨结直肠肿瘤发生的危险因素,为其防治提供依据。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,分析饮食习惯和行为生活方式对结直肠肿瘤发生的影响,其中病例组499例,对照组512例。结果食用油炸烟熏食物、腌制食物、西式快餐、过期食物、腐败水果及日平均吸烟量大、饮酒会增加患结直肠肿瘤的危险(OR=1.780~5.227,P<0.05);生食水果蔬菜和体育锻炼会减少患结直肠肿瘤风险(OR=0.390、0.609,P<0.05)。结论为降低患结直肠肿瘤的风险,应摒弃吸烟、饮酒、狼吞虎咽吃饭等不良行为方式,加强体育锻炼,饮食提倡多食新鲜蔬菜水果,少食或不食油炸烟熏和腌制食物、西式快餐,不食过期食物和腐败水果。 Objective To investigate risk factors of colorectal cancer and provide evidence for its prevention. Methods By using case-control study, the influence of food habits and life style on the occurrence of colorectal cancer were analyzed in 499 cases of colorectal cancer and 512 controls. Results Eating fried, smoked and pickled food, western style fast food, expired food and spoilaged fruits, heavy smoking and alcohol drinking were high risk factors of colorectal cancer (OR = 1.780-5.227, P〈 0.05); Eating fresh fruits and vegetables and doing physical exercise reduced the risk of suffering from the cancer (OR = 0.390, 0.609;P〈0.05). Conclusion In order to reduce the risk of suffering from colorectal cancer, cigarette smoking and alcohol drinking, and unhealthy behaviour such as bolting the food should be banished, and physical exercise be enhanced. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, to eat less or to eat no fried, smoked and pickled food, western-style fast food, expired food and spoilaged fruits.
