摘要
目的探讨肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病的高分辨力CT(HRCT)表现,以提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析2例肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病病人的常规肺CT和HRCT表现,并进行比较。结果病人常规CT平扫示双肺多发的大小不等的低密度透光区,边缘模糊;HRCT示双肺多发大小不等的囊状低密度影,囊壁清晰可见。结论肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病的HRCT表现典型,HRCT是诊断该病的首选影像学检查方法。
Objective To explore the appearance of lymphangioleiomyomatosis on HRCT and raise the understanding of tile disease. Methods An appearance of two cases of lymphangioleiomyomatosis on routine CT and HRCT was analyzed retro specfively and compared. Results A plain CT scan showed multiple low-density photic zones of inequality of size with unsharp- ness of edge in both hmgs; on HRCT imaging, muhiple low-density cystic shadow of various sizes with a clear capsule wall in both lungs were noted. Conclusion The appearance of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis on HRCT is typical and recognized to be the first ehoiee for the diagnosis of 1his condition.
