摘要
目的研究细菌污染对安德森采样器采样结果的影响及其消毒方法。方法通过人工污染和现场采样培养法,对采样器污染影响采样结果和消毒效果进行了评价。结果直接附着菌染菌采样器表面不影响采样结果。粉尘菌污染采样器表面所采样的平板上生长菌数明显高于未污染的采样器采样结果。对污染较重现场采样后采样器消毒与否,对较洁净场所采样果有显著影响。用75%乙醇擦拭消毒采样器表面不仅能获得良好的消毒效果,且对采样器无不良影响。结论粉尘菌污染的安德森采样器对采样结果有显著影响,采样器必须消毒后再使用,消毒方法可选用75%乙醇擦拭。
Objective In order to know the exactitude of sampling results while Anderson sampler contaminated by bacterial and study on its disinfection methods. Method Appraised the exactitude of sampling results while sampler contaminated by bacteria and the disinfection effect by methods of artificial contamination and field sampling. Result The results of sampling was not been affected by bacteria directly attached on ampler surface. The bacteria growth number in plates of sampling by dust contaminated sampler was significantly higher than the no contamination sampler. There are significant differences in the lighter contamination on - site between results of the sampler that was disinfect.ed before sampling and results of the sampler that was not disinfected after the two samplers were been used in heavy pollution on - site. Wiped the sampler surface with 75 % ethanol, not only can obtain good sterilizing effect, and no adverse effects on the sampler. Conclusion Dust - bacterium affects sampling results of Andersen sampler seriously. The sampler must be disinfetion before use. The disinfection method can choose 75% ethanol wipe.
