孕妇生殖道无乳链球菌分离率及其耐药性变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解孕妇生殖道无乳链球菌分离率及其耐药性变迁,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法通过分离鉴定技术与药敏试验方法,对某医院门诊与住院孕妇送检标本进行了检测。结果在2006-2011年期间,从该医院门诊和病房孕妇送检的生殖道标本中,检出无乳链球菌334株,有92.8%分离自门诊就诊孕妇生殖道,分离菌株数逐年增多。药敏结果显示,无乳链球菌对四环素、克林霉素、红霉素和左旋氧氟沙星耐药率均达到41.6%以上,且对某些抗菌药物耐药率呈现逐年增高趋势。未检出呋喃妥因、万古霉素和利奈唑胺耐药菌株。结论孕妇生殖道无乳链球菌分离株逐年增多,对常用抗菌药物的耐药率呈上升趋势。
