断热气密工法金属屋面系统设计与施工

摘要 介绍厦门天马M1主厂房166H断热气密工法金属屋面系统的设计与施工,包括金属屋面系统构造设计,屋面板选型、高空水平运输、连续固定座和断热固定座以及屋面气密施工。通过采用气密施工工法,达到了电子厂房对洁净度、气密性及屋面板自身防热胀冷缩的要求,对类似金属屋面系统施工具有较好的借鉴意义。 This paper summarized the design and construction of heat insulation and air-tightness method for 166 H metal roofing system of Xiamen Tianma M1 main plant, which included the structural design of metal roofing system, roof panel selection, high-altitude horizontal transportation, continuous fixed bracket and thermal insulation fixed bracket and air-tight construction. Through the air-tightness construction method, the roof system could meet the requirements of cleanness, air-tightness, self-preventing thermal expansion and contraction. This method could be good reference for the construction of similar metal roofing systems.
