摘要
在我国经济转型过程中 ,作为市场经济主体的企业 ,怎样使自己迅速成长 ,有效地参与国内、国际的市场竞争 ,并购是一条低成本、快速扩张壮大的道路。本文对中国企业并购的现状和问题作一初步的探索。
During the transformation of the economy pattem of China,the enterprise,which is the basic role of market economy,with a view to growing quickly and participating in the domestic and international market competition effectively,may well choose merger and takeover as a way of growing with a low cost and a high speed.This paper tentatively probes into the present situation and related problems of the merger and takeover of Chinese enterprises.
