高校后勤“整体剥离”初议

A COMMENT ON INTEGRATLY BEING COME OFF OF SERVICES TROM COLLEGE

我院后勤与学院“整体剥离” ,实行自主经营、自负盈亏、自我约束、自我发展的经营运行模式 ,有利于学院的稳定和后勤内部利益的平衡 ,有利于培养后勤职工的协作和整体精神 ,有利于后勤的发展及学院长远目标的实现 ,有利于办学效益的提高。

The services have been come off integratly from our college.They have carried out running models as follows:self-run,responsibility tor profits and losses,self-control and self-development,thus,which are favorable for college stabalization and the balance of inner interests of services,for cooperative and integrat spirits of staffs of services,for development of services and realization of college with a long-term aim,and for improving the interests of running college.
