高校教职工党员思想状况调查与分析

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF PARTY MEMBERS’ THINKING OF STAFF IN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING

文章通过对高校教职工党员的思想特点的分析 ,从而提出加强高校教职工党员思想教育意见 :必须加强思想理论教育 ,坚持用科学理论武装党员头脑 ,努力提高教职工党员的马克思主义理论水平 ;加强党的宗旨教育 ,提高教职工党员为人民服务的自觉性 ;立足全局 ,坚持把思想教育和严格管理有机结合起来 ;针对高校教职工党员的特点 ,采取切实有效的教育方法。

Ideological Characteristics of Party members in institutions of higher learning are mainly embodied.We should strengthen ideolgical & theoretical education,arm our party members with scientific theories,improve their theoretical level of Maxism;enforce the Party's goal education,heighten their consciousness of serving the people;keep on flexibly combining the ideological education with strict management and supervision;take effective and practical approaches according to the characteristics of the Party members of staff in institutions of higher learning.
