文章论述了素质教育目标导学对于高师和中学实施素质教育的推动作用 ,从理论与实践的结合上研讨了三个问题 :目标导学是高师与中学实施素质教育的有效途径 ,目标导学在四川师院 6学科教育中的实践探索 ,目标导学在四川师院 6学科教学论改革和发展中的作用。

This paper discusses three problems of the objective targeted guidance′s promotion of implementing competence education in teachers colleges and secondary schools based on theory and practice:the effective approach of implementing competence education in teachers colleges and secondary schools,the investigation and study in the subject education practice in Sichuan Teachers College and the function in the improvement and development of theory on subject teaching.
