高师院校实验室建设与规范化管理的改革实践

REFORM PRACTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MANEGEMENT OF STANDARDIZATION OF LABORATORY AGREEING WITH TEACHERS COLLEGES & NORMAL UNIVERSITIES

坚持“三性”原则 ,抓好三个适应 ,推进了中教法实验室建设和现代教育技术的普及与应用 ;确立“三立”工作目标 ,做到三个突破 ,建设了能反映师范特色的、面向 2 1世纪的实验室 ;健全制度 ,加强规范化管理 ,促进了实验室管理和实验教学工作上新台阶。

Consisting on the prineiples of Three Specialities, and grasping Three Suitabilities have prompted the spreading and application of laboratory construction on senior teaching methods and morden education technologies; aiming at Three Purposes together with Three Surmountins has built laboratories reflecting normal characters and facing the 21st century; perfecting institutions and consolidating standard administration have prompted the administration and teaching work of laboratory.
