摘要
经济发展的实质是产业结构的优化升级,金融支持区域经济发展的着力点就是推动产业结构的优化。产业结构优化的演进和金融的发展是相互促进、相互作用、相互协调的过程,两者形成有机循环并以此促进经济增长。本文通过梳理三者之间关系,分析其运行机理和客观规律,并以此提出金融促进舟山群岛新区产业优化升级和经济增长的政策建议。
The essence of economic development is to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure,and the focus of financial support for regional economic development is to promote the optimization of industrial structure.The evolution of the optimization of industrial structure and financial development are mutually reinforcing,interacting,and coordinating.During this process,the organic recycling forms and thereby promotes economic growth.By combing through the relationship among the aforementioned three items,the article analyzes the underlying operational mechanism and objective laws,and raises policy recommendations on financial promotion for the optimization of industrial structure and economic growth in Zhoushan Islands District.
