摘要
介绍了三氟化硼微胶囊制备工艺与微囊性能。探讨了单组分三氟化硼微囊热固化环氧树脂胶粘剂的配比与制备工艺。研究了这种胶粘剂在常温下贮存稳定性和在固化温度下对不同材料的粘接工艺和效果。实验表明 ,该胶粘剂在常温下可稳定贮存 3个月 ,对 2 5号碳钢的拉伸剪切强度达 16MPa。
Preparation and characterization of BF 3 microcapsules were introduced in this paper.Prescription and preparation of single component epoxy resin adhesive heat cured with BF 3 microcapsules were discussed.stable preservation in normal temperature and adhesiveness to different materials were studies.The results show:the adhesive can stably store up for three monthes and the shear strength for 25 # steel can be of 16 MPa.
