摘要
采用酸为催化剂均相催化合成糠叉丙酮改性环氧树脂 ,改性后的环氧树脂经胺固化后具有良好的应力 -应变关系 ,2 8d屈服压缩强度可达 92 5MPa ,压缩弹性模量为 92 3MPa ,并且具有较大的应变 (>2 5 % )。酸催化合成的糠叉丙酮改性环氧树脂具有贮存时间长、反应易控制、成本较低及固化后的固结体电性能好、表面光洁等优点。
One kind of elastic epoxy adhesive modified by furfuralacetone was prepared by acid homogeneous catalysis reaction.The adhesive cured by amine took on good stress strain relationship, it had 92.5 MPa of 28 days compressive strength,923 MPa of compressive elastic modular and big strain(>25%).This acid catalyzed method had several advantages:long storage time,easy reaction control and low raw cost.The hardened adhesive showed good electric properties and its surface was glabrous.
