聚氨酯软泡沫片材用胶粘剂的研制

Preparing of the pressure-sensitive adhesive used for the soft sheet of polyurethane foams

对聚氨酯软泡沫压敏胶片涂布用胶粘剂进行了系统的研究 ,发现主要单体和功能单体的配比、溶剂的种类和用量、引发剂的用量、聚合的加料方法、聚合温度及时间对聚合速度、最终转化率、胶粘剂粘度、粘接强度等性能都有明显的影响。

The solution of pressure sensitive adhesive used for the soft sheet of polyurethane foams was investigated systematically.It was found that the kinds and ratio of main monomer,functional monomer,initiator,and solvent as well as the methods,temperature,and time of polymerization process influence obviously polymerization rate,viscosity of adhesive solution ,and peel strength etc.
