摘要
实验室条件下比较研究了甲醛溶液处理、戊二醛和马来酸交联的PVA/PAN复合膜从苯中脱除微量水的性能 ,选定了适宜的苯脱水膜 ,探讨了膜面流速对水通量的影响 ,拟合得到了水通量的经验公式 .试验结果为千吨级渗透汽化苯脱水的中试设计提供了基础数据 .
The characteristics of PVA/PAN composite membranes which treated by formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, and maleic acid respectively were compared for dehydration of benzene solution. The best treatment method was chosen. The effect of the velocity along the membrane on the water flux was studied and the regressive equation between the water flux and the water concentration in the benzene solution was gotten. The enlarged experiment results provided the basic data for the design of pilot equipment of dehydration from benzene solution.
