腹部随意超薄皮瓣修复手部缺损的临床应用

Application of abdominal random ultrathin flap to repair hand defect

目的探讨应用腹部随意超薄皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的手术方法和临床疗效。方法2007年10月-2012年12月，对35例手部皮肤软组织缺损采用腹部随意超薄皮瓣进行修复。结果皮瓣均成活，其中1例皮瓣部分坏死，经换药后愈合。术后随访6～18个月，手部外形及功能满意。结论应用腹部随意超薄皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损，操作简便，较为实用。

Objective To explore the surgical technique and clinical effect for repairing soft tissue defects of hand by abdominal random ultrathin flap. Methods From October 2007 to December 2012, soft tissue defects of hand in 35 cases were repaired by abdominal random nltrathin flap. Results The flaps all survived, only small part or distal skin was necrosis in 1 case, but healed after changing dressing. Followedup ranged from 6 to 18 months, the appearance and function were satisfactory. Conclusion It is a more practical method for repairing soft tissue defects of hand by abdominal random ultrathin flap with subderminal plexus of vessels, which is achieved simple.
