摘要
采用正交试验找出了最佳膜配方 ,并研究了乳液电破乳的条件 .实验结果表明 ,当液膜组成为油内比Roi=1∶1,内相试剂浓度为 1mol/L ,表面活性剂LMA - 1为每 10 0mL煤油中 3g ,乳水比Rew=1∶15时 ,黑液中COD的去除率达 98% ,且采用低电压电破乳 ,油相可重复使用 ,COD的去除率基本不变 .
The suitable membrane composition was found by the optimization experimental and the electric demulsification conditions were especially studied in the paper. Experimental results indicated that the removal efficiency of COD is 98% when LMA-1 is 3?g/100?mL kerosene, H 2SO 4 is 1?mol/L, R oi =1∶1 and R ew =1∶15. The oil phase can be reused for many times by low voltage electric demulsification.
