摘要
研究了采用浸泡进行表面亲水化所用试剂的浓度、配比、时间对膜透水量的影响 ;考察了亲水化膜使用后性能的变化及其恢复方法 ;对比了浸泡与加压两种表面亲水化方法的效果 .试验表明 ,使用质量分数为 75%的乙醇和 1%H2 SO4 的混合溶液作为亲水化试剂 ,通过加压法能得到透水量大的聚丙烯亲水化的膜 .
The influences of the concentration and consist of hydrophilization solution and the optimum immersing time were discussed. The experimental results show that hydrophilization results of the pressuring method is better than that of the immersing method, and the membrane has an excellent flux after 75% ethanol solution through the membrane for 30 seconds by the pressuring method. In addition, the flux of hydrophilization membrane will rapidly drop within an hour of operation, and then become stable, and 10% HCl solution can effectively restore the flux.
