摘要
简述了用热致相分离 (TIPS)法制备聚丙烯微孔膜的热力学依据 ,即聚丙烯 /稀释剂二元体系的固 -液、液 -液相分离和弱相互作用体系的综合平衡相图 ,Flory -Huggins相互作用参数对相图的影响 ,以及实际TIPS过程的非平衡相图 .以此为依据 ,概述了TIPS法制备聚丙烯微孔膜的成膜机理 .在上述理论基础上 ,综述了稀释剂与聚丙烯的相互作用、稀释剂的流动性和结晶性、初始浓度、冷却速率及成核剂对膜结构的影响 .最后 ,指出了聚丙烯微孔膜的开发应用前景 .
The thermodynamical foundation of preparing polypropylene microporous membrane is reviewed. The mechanism of polypropylene microporous membrane formation is summarized. On the basis of these theories, the effects of thermodynamic interactions within the polypropylene/diluent system, mobility and crystallization of diluent, composition, cooling rate, nucleating agent on the polypropylene microporous membranes structure are commented. Finally, the research prospect of polypropylene microporous membrane is pointed.
