形变对12MnMoVN钢连续冷却转变的影响

摘要 奥氏体区形变使钢的连续冷却转变曲线向左上方移动;形变促进先共析铁素体转变,使先共析铁素体数量增加;形变还诱发珠光体转变。岛状组织转变动力学曲线形状与岛状组织的基体铁素体类型有关。 It was found that the austenite deformation in the low-carbon low-alloy steel 12MnMoVN makes the continuous cooling transformation curves to move up and left,and expedites the pro-entectoid ferrite transformation so as to increase its volume fraction.Further more, the austenite deformation will induce the pearlitic transformation. As to the kinetic curves of the islandstructure transformation for the steel,the curve forms relate closely to the morphologies of ferritic matrix.
