摘要
包装机组需要处理来自几条机组的钢卷成品包装作业。为了提高包装作业效率,防止不符合包装要求引起的异材,有必要建立包装机组的物料跟踪系统。利用可识别条码的智能移动终端扫描识别出钢卷生产标签上条码中包含的钢卷信息,可以构建出符合包装机组需要的物料跟踪系统。
Finished product coils form several product lines need to be packed in packing line. Material tracking system must be built for the line in order to improve the efficiency of packaging operations and to prevent singular coils by unfit packaging requirements. Using the coils informations carried on product labels, which be scaned and be recognized by the intelligent mobile terminals, the material tracking system according to the requirements of packing line is built,
