摘要
用 (五甲基环戊二烯基 )三苄氧基钛 [C p Ti(OBz) 3]/甲基铝氧烷 (MAO)催化体系 ,在不同溶剂中进行丙烯聚合 ,合成高相对分子质量无规聚丙烯。结果表明 :甲苯、氯甲苯、己烷、庚烷等溶剂均适合该体系的聚合反应 ,常压下催化活性 (按 1molTi计 )在 89kg/h以上 ;聚合产物无规度高 ,在乙醚中溶解率高于 98%。
Atactic polypropylene elastomers with high relative molecular mass were synthesized by polymerizing propylene with catalyst C p[Ti(OB z) 3]/MAO in different solvents.It was found that the polymerization was carried out efficiently in various solvents,such as toluene,chlorobenzene,hexanc and heptane,and exhibited the activities over 89 kg/mol·h(1 mol Ti).The polypropylenes had high irregularity and contained ether soluble fraction over 98%.The effect of reaction conditions on the polymerization performed in hexane solvent was studied in detail.
