摘要
考察了QRE -0 1型树脂催化剂在合成MTBE反应中的活性及 1 0 0 0h长周期运转情况 ;根据醚化反应机理 ,探讨了影响树脂催化剂活性的主要因素。结果表明 :由于该催化剂具有较高的交换容量( 5.0mmol/g以上 ) ,因而在醚化反应中表现出了较高的活性和长周期运转稳定性 。
The catalytic activity of cation exchange resin catalyst QRE-01 in the etherification of isobutylene was evaluated and its 1000 h running stability was investigated.The results showed that the catalyst QRE-01 had high catalytic activity and running stability in etherification because of its high exchange capacity,it is a good catalyst with excellent comprehensive properties.
