从电化学腐蚀、微生物腐蚀、有害离子腐蚀等三个方面 ,对大化肥循环水系统腐蚀率高的原因进行了分析 ,认为其主要原因是氨介质泄漏引起的微生物腐蚀 ;同时 。
The causes of high corrosion rate in the circulationg cooling water system of chemical fertilizer plant were analyzed from electrochemical corrosion, microbiological corrosion and detrimental ions corrosion.It was found that the main cause was the microbiological corrosion from the leakage of ammonia medium.The treatment measures were proposed.
