摘要
目的:观察年龄相关性白内障晶状体中脂质过氧化及抗氧化能力的变化,探讨脂质过氧化与年龄相关性白内障的关系。方法:选择2010年8月至2011年10月我院收治的年龄相关性白内障患者35例(35眼)和透明晶状体15例(15眼)作为白内障组和对照组,测定其维生素C(Vit C)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的改变。结果:与对照组相比,白内障组晶状体内Vit C含量和SOD酶活性均显著下降,分别降低了39.30%(P<0.01)和63.50%(P<0.01),MDA含量较明显升高(P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,对照组透明晶状体中MDA含量与SOD活性、Vit C含量均呈显著负相关(r=-0.858,P<0.01;r=-0.883,P<0.01),而白内障组晶状体中三者未发现明显的直线相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:脂质过氧化参与了年龄相关性白内障的形成,SOD和Vit C对晶状体氧化损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the changes of lipid peroxidation and antioxidation ability in lens of age-related cataract (ARC) and further investigate the relationship between Lipid peroxidation and development of ARC. Methods: 35 cases of ARC (ARC group) and 15 cases of clear lens (control group) admitted in our hospital from August 2010 to October 2011 were selected, the contents of Vit C, MDA and activity of SOD in lens were detected and compared between two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of Vit C and the activity of SOD in the lens of the ARC group were significantly decreased by 39.30 % (P〈0.01) and 63.50 % (P〈0.01), the content of MDA was significantly increased (P〈0.01). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the content of MDA were negatively correlated with both the activity of SOD (r=-0.858, P〈0.01) and the content ofVit C (r=-0.883, P〈0.01) in the clear lens of control group. However, there was no significant linear correlation among three indexes in the ARC group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Lipid peroxidation was related with the formation of the age-related cataract. Vit C and SOD play partial roles in the prevention of lens changes against oxidative insult.
