摘要
二十世纪八十年代我国启动的市场经济体制改革引起整个基层社会管理格局从单位制向社区制的巨大转变。专业社会工作因被认为能改善与提升社区工作成效、实现社会治理格局优化与促进公共服务体系完善而得到大力推广。本文通过对社区建设浪潮中,设置社会工作岗位的误区与目前基层社会管理混乱的现状分析,阐明社会工作在我国社区工作中得到运用的可行性,并就社区工作的体系重构与内容优化提出建议。
The market-oriented reform of economy system-started in the 1980s-caused a huge transformation of the whole pattern of grassroots social management which indicated the shift from Danwei system to community system,and Social Work gets strong support form the government because it is officially acclaimed that it could obviously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of community,polish the structure of social governance and perfect the public service system.Based on analyzation of the massive wave of community building,the undesirable situation of post-setting of social worker in the community and the chaotic grassroots management currently,this article hopes to show the feasibility of Social Work functioning in the community,and offers suggestions of reconstructing the system of community work and optimizing of its content.
