摘要
本文研究了电镀CBN砂轮磨削GCr15钢的磨削力、金属切除率、砂轮磨损及表面粗糙度的变化规律。探讨了这些规律产生的机理,得出:CBN砂轮磨削时,磨削力随工件速度增加而略有降低,随切入速度增加而增加,金属切除率和表面粗糙度随切入速度增加而增加。并对实际应用提出了相应的意见和解决的对策。
The behaviors and forming mechanisms of the grinding force, metal removal rate, wheel's wear-off and surface roughness of workpieces were studied for the grinding of GCr15 steel with CBN wheel. It is revealed that the grinding force will be slightly reduced with the increase in the workpiece speed and be raised with the increase in grind-in speed, and the metal removal rate and surface roughness will increase with grind-in speed. Some solutions are discussed for the practical use.
