摘要 对1:1仿形磨削表面粗糙度影响因素和加工误差组成进行了分析,提出了一种实用的保证均匀表面粗糙度的控制方法和仿形加工误差的计算方法。得出:可依据具体的磨削型面和仿形结构控制磨削工艺,保证稳定的表面质量;可通过伺服系统、磨具和仿形结构的误差及型面特性确定仿形磨削型面上每一点的加工精度。 Influencing factors on workpiece's surface roughness and machining accuracy in 1:1 copying grinding are studied in detail. A practical surfacing process to make the surface roughness even is proposed in association with a calculating method of the machining accuracy.It is found that the surfacing quality will be steadily controlled if the grinding process is chosen in accordance with the surface of the workpiece to be machined and the copying structure. Especially, the machining accuracy at every surfacing point in copying grinding should be determined with the servo system, grinding tool and the precision of copying structure, as well as the features of the surface to be machined.
