摘要
目前,我国许多城市采用EPC模式建设大量限价商品房,EPC模式获得了迅速发展,但随之也产生了新的问题:设计概算主体与施工图预算主体重合,这导致了设计概算控制施工图预算沦为形式。本文详细阐述了这一问题的来源,着重分析了其产生的原因,并提出了解决措施。
At present, many cities in China adopt EPC mode to build a large number of price- limited condominium. EPC mode has been developing rapidly, but also continue to cause new problems. Due to estimates and budget compiled by the same unit, the system that budgetary estimate control construction drawing budget led into a fonn. This paper describes the source of the problem and analyzes the reasons, and based on this, puts forward the solving measures.
