结合工作实践及参与政府投资项目评审工作的体会,对初步设计阶段工程造价管理存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了改进的建议。

On the basis of years of practice and the experiences of the assessment exercises of many governmental investment projects, some problems in project management in the Preliminary design stage are analyzed, and some relative suggestions for improvement are finally put forward.
