酒精生产废液回收利用研究

Study on Circular Utilization of the Alcohol Distillation Waste Liquor

酒精生产废液是酒精工厂的主要副产品，其量非常大，温度高，若能在酒精生产中循环使用，可望节约大量的水资源和加热蒸汽。酒精生产废液在适当的条件下经絮凝过滤后得到的清夜，可循环用于酒精生产。研究表明：经处理后的清液用作工艺用水时，酵母生长和酒精生产情况都基本正常。

The alcohol distillation waste liquor is major by-products of alcohol factory. Not only its amount is very large, but also its temperature is high. If it is used in producing alcohol, the water source and the heating vapor will be saved. The clarification liquor from the alcohol distillation waste liquor is dealt with the flocculation precipitation and filtration under the adequate conditions instead of the tap water in alcohol production .The results show that there is a little inhibition on the yeast growth and few impression on alcohol production.
