摘要
文章通过对食品安全定义和食品安全预警的理论研究,结合食品安全预警体系的构成模块,即风险分析系统、预警分析系统、预警响应系统,对其构建方法、实践应用进行了分析和设计。
Based on the definition of food safety and the theoretical research of food safety warning, combined with the construct module of food safety warning system (risk analysis system, early warning analysis system, warning response system), the paper analyzes and designs of its construction method and practical application.
