摘要
本文对近三十年研究针刺基本手法量效作用关系的文献进行了总结分析。不同针刺手法、不同手法参数组合,在效应指标上确实存在差异,有的表现为效应程度的差异,有的则表现为相反的效应(被看做是补和泻的作用),但针刺手法量效作用规律仍不明确。在未来研究中,规范手法的刺激量参数,针对某一具体病证开展量效作用研究,有利于各研究、各指标间的综合分析,从而明确针刺手法的量效作用规律,指导临床实践。
This article summarizes the documents related to dose-effect relationship of basic acupuncture manipulation published in the past 30 years.Different manipulations do produce different effects,including the effect extent difference and mutually contradictory effects,which are regarded as reinforcing and aueviating effect.However,the laws of dose-effect relationship are still unclear.In the future research,stimulus quantity of acupuncture manipulation need to be normalized.Integrated study on dose-effect relationship based on a certain disease is beneficial for analysis and comparison among different research dates,in order to get a clear conclusion and guide the clinical practice of acupuncture manipulations.
