摘要
为了预测和分析绵羊肺炎支原体中重要的毒力相关基因,试验采用Blast及DNAStar等分析工具,通过对绵羊肺炎支原体SC01株全基因组所有864个CDS进行同源比较,预测和分析绵羊肺炎支原体中重要的毒力相关基因。结果表明:绵羊肺炎支原体具有至少9个黏附相关基因,编码参与甘油代谢及产生H2O2的所有基因,包含多个溶血素、核酸酶及蛋白酶的基因。
To predict and analyze the important virulence - related genes in sheep Mycoplasma pneumoniae, a variety of analytical tools, including Blast and DNAStar, were used to predict and analyze the important virulence - related genes based on the homologous comparisons of all 864 CDS from the whole - genome SC01 strain of sheep Mycoplasma pneumoniae. The results showed that the sheep Mycoplasma pneumoniae had at least nine adhesion -related genes; all the genes coding involved in glycerol metabolism and H2O2 production, which contained several hemolysin genes, and genes of nucleic acid enzymes and protease.
