4种商品化猪支原体肺炎疫苗免疫效果的对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨、对比4种猪肺炎支原体疫苗对猪血清抗体水平、呼吸道发病率、肺部病变记分、饲料转化率、日增重、死亡率等指标的影响,试验将482头健康仔猪,随机分成A(94头)、B(92头)、C(96头)、D(94头)4个试验组和1个对照组(106头),在7,21日龄,对试验组仔猪按疫苗说明书进行免疫接种,对照组仔猪不注射疫苗。所有猪于20,50,80,140日龄采血分离血清,采用ELISA方法检测血清中猪肺炎支原体抗体水平。结果表明:用不同疫苗免疫接种试验猪后产生的抗体水平和免疫效果存在差异,其中接种疫苗D后,猪血清抗体阳性率最高,免疫效果及经济效益最好,免疫猪的日增重较非免疫猪提高9%,饲料转化率提高9.9%,呼吸道发病率降低6.24%,肺部病变减轻79.95%,头均增收139.76元/头;其次是疫苗B和疫苗C;疫苗A的免疫效果较弱,建议调整免疫程序后使用。
