摘要
以竹粉和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为主要原料,通过造粒、模压工艺制备竹塑复合材料,研究竹塑配比、相容剂用量、热压温度和热压时间对板材物理力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:相容剂用量和热压温度对板材力学性能影响显著,随着相容剂用量和热压温度的提高,板材各项力学性能呈上升趋势。综合生产成本、效率和节能等因素,确定最优工艺参数为竹塑配比7:3、相容剂用量6%、热压温度180℃、热压时间12min。
Bamboo plastic composite was prepared through granulating and molding with bamboo powder and high density polyethylene(HDPE) as the main raw materials.The effects of bamboo plastic ratio,compatilizer content,hot pressing temperature and time on the mechanical properties of composites were studied.The results show that the compatilizer content and hot pressing temperature are the significant factors.As the compatilizer content and hot pressing temperature increase,the mechanical properties are all on the rise.Taking the cost,efficiency and energy conservation into consideration,it can be concluded that the optimal parameters are 7:3 bamboo plastic ratio,6% compatilizer content,180℃ hot pressing temperature,and 12min hot-pressing time.
