Application of P-N-B Compound Flame Retardant in the Field of MDF

研究了以脒基脲磷酸盐(GUP)为主体的磷一氮一硼复合阻燃剂在纤维板中的应用。在阻燃剂的用量上结合改性胶黏剂的作用,克服了板材理化性能的不足,达到了GB/T1 1718—2009的基本要求,并实现产业化生产。

This paper studies the application of P-N-B compound flame retardant which taking the GUP as the main agent in the field of MDF.Combining the modified adhesive effect in the amount of flame retardant,the deficiency of the physical and mechanical properties of the board is overcome,the board can meet the basic requirements of the GB/T 11718-2009,and the industrialization production can be realized.
