住户部门生产核算:范畴的界定与方法的设计

Household Sector Production Accounting:Identification of Scope and Design of Methods

考虑住户部门生产在整个国民经济体系中的重要性,以SNA2008为理论基础,结合住户生产自身的特点,界定住户生产核算的生产范围,并通过对现行SNA体系下住户部门账户体系中经济交易项目的调整,设计住户部门的卫星账户,构建包含住户非SNA生产的投入产出矩阵。通过案例研究验证本文所设计住户生产核算方法的可行性,丰富现有住户生产核算理论体系。

This paper considers the importance of Household Sector Production in whole national economy system. Based on SNA2008, the article identifies the production scope of household production accounting with the character of house-hold production itself, designs the satellite account of household sector through modifying economic transaction items of household sector account system under present SNA, constructs input-output matrix including household non-SNA production, verifies the feasibility of the designed methods about household production accounting by case study, and enriches the present system of household pro- duction accounting.
