陕西省创新型人力资本与经济增长关系的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Relationship Between Innovative Human Capital and Economic Growth of Shaanxi Province

本文在界定了创新型人力资本的基础上分析了创新型人力资本对经济增长的影响机理,并运用协整理论及其分析方法和Grange因果检验,实证研究2000-2011年陕西省创新型人力资本和经济增长的关系。结果表明,创新型人才与经济增长存在稳定的均衡关系;在分析它们之间的Grange因果关系时,发现创新型人力资本只能在一定程度上促进陕西经济的增长。最后在以上结论的基础上从发展陕西省创新型人力资本的角度提出相应对策建议。

This paper analyzes the mechanism of innovative human capital effect on economic growth in the definition of the basis of innovative human capital.Using the eointegration theory and Grange causality test and its analysis method,we study the relationship between innovative human capital of Shaanxi Province and economic growth empirical in 2000-2011 years. The results show that, there is a stable equilibrium relation of innovative human capital and economic growth.And in the Grange analysis, we find the innovative human capital can promote the economic growth of Shaanxi to a certain extent. Finally, based on the above conclusions ,we can put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion in the wiew of developing innovative human capital.
