摘要
荷兰教育督导制度历史悠久,发展比较完善,督导机构具有较强的权威性与独立性。新近实施的"基于风险的教育督导"模式成为荷兰督导体制的特色和亮点,收到了良好成效。本文通过研究荷兰教育督导机构的设置、职能作用,系统探究荷兰教育督导制度和风险督导模式,从而总结荷兰教育督导体制的特点,并提出完善我国教育督导与评价体制的建议。
The education inspection system in Netherlands is well-established with a long history as well as a high authoritative and independent position. The newly implemented Risk-based Inspection had brought out good results and thus became its dominant feature and highlight. The paper explores the organizations and functions of education inspection system in Netherlands with a particular focus on Risk-based Inspection. Some conclusions of the characteristics of the education inspection system in Netherlands as well as its implications for constructing a better education inspection system in China were presented in the end.
