摘要
基因频率变化规律是群体遗传学研究的核心 ,也是理解生物进化的关键。近 1个世纪以来 ,许多遗传学家做出了重要贡献。在许多遗传学著作中 ,常常提到基因频率的 Hardy- Weinberg平衡定理 ,并把此定理作为群体遗传学的核心 ,不适当地夸大了这个定理的作用。而真正对群体遗传学的基本理论 ,特别是群体遗传学数学理论有开拓性贡献的遗传学家 ,当属 R.A.Fisher,S.Wright,J.B.S.Haldane,T.Dobzhansky,A.Kolm ogorov,G.Malecot和M.Kimura等人。本文简要总结他们的主要工作 。
Law of changes of gene frequency was core of research on population genetics,was also a key of understanding biological evolution.It was about one century that many geneticists made important contributions to this field.In many books on genetics,Hardy Weinberg law of the gene frequency was mentioned and regarded as core of population genetics.This viewpoint exaggerated the rule of this law.The geneticists who made real contribution to basic theory and mathematic theory on population genetics were R.A.Fisher S.Wright,J.B.S.Haldane,T.Dobzhansky,A.Kolmogorov,G.Malecot and M.Kimura et al.In this paper,their major works on population genetics was summarized.
