The paper generally introduced the technical transformation of main shaft unit, brake and hydraulic system in KJ single-rope winding mine hoist of Tongxing Co., Ltd., and narrated the current situation and development tendency of technical transformation and upgrading of KJ hoist as well as the present policy should be applied. Some manufacture methods and process in the technical transformation scheme instituted by Tongxing Co., Ltd. had some guidance for technical transformation of the hoist.
