绞车负载敏感型液压系统设计

摘要 液压系统是绞车的核心组成部分,负载敏感技术因其节能、高效得到越来越多的应用。通过分析负载敏感泵的原理,在AMESim中建立负载敏感泵的模型并验证其正确性,将负载敏感泵应用于绞车液压系统中。仿真结果表明,负载敏感型液压系统能够根据负载变化及节流调速的要求,实时调整泵的排量和出口压力与系统需求相匹配,减少了系统能量损失。 The hydraulic system is the core part of the winch, and load-sensing system is increasingly applied because of its efficient energy utilization. After analyzing the working principle of the load-sensing pump, the paper created its model in AMESim and verified the correctness of the model applied to the winch. The simulation results showed that the load-sensing hydraulic system realtime regulated the pump displacement and outlet pressure to meet the system requirements according to load fluctuation and requirement of throttle goveming, thus the loss of system energy reduced.
