摘要
将磨机筒体受力分析、螺栓载荷计算与螺栓强度校核计算相结合,系统地介绍了磨机筒体螺栓联接强度校核计算方法,并在计算中引入基于被连接件受压层应力非均匀分布数学模型,用于相对刚度的计算,扩大了校核计算的适用范围。在此基础上,利用Vb.NET语言开发了磨机筒体螺栓联接强度计算软件,实现了磨机筒体螺栓联接设计计算的自动化。
After combining the force analysis of the mill shell, calculation of bolt loading and checking calculation of bolt strength, the paper introduced the checking calculation method of the strength of bolt joints in mills. The mathematical model of non-uniform stress distribution in bolted parts was introduced into the calculation method, so as to calculate the relative stiffness, thus the application range of the strength calculation enlarged. After that, Vb.NET was used to develop the software for calculating the strength of bolt joints in mills, thus the automated calculation of strength of bolt joints in mills was realized.
