摘要
辽宁某金矿矿石中主要金属矿物为磁黄铁矿和毒砂,脉石矿物主要为石英、绢云母、绿泥石、碳酸盐等。金银矿物为自然金、银金矿、金银矿、自然银。矿石中主要可回收元素为金、银,主要杂质元素为砷。试验进行单一浮选流程及重选-重选尾再磨浮选流程试验,结果表明,在重选磨矿细度-0.074 mm含量69.3%时,获得重选精矿金品位59.7 g/t,重选回收率46.03%;在重选尾再磨细度-0.074 mm含量88.5%时,获得浮选精矿金品位19.3 g/t,浮选回收率38.16%,重浮总精矿金品位30.48 g/t,金总回收率84.19%。
The main metal minerals in a certain gold ore from Liaoning was magnetic pyrite and arsenopyrite, the main gangne minerals was quartz, sericite, chlorite and carbonate etc. Native gold, electrum, bullion and native silver were main gold and silver minerals. The recoverable elements in the ore were gold and silver, the impurity was arsenic. The single flotation experiment and the gravity-flotation experiment were separately conducted. The results showed: the gold grade of gravity concentrate was 59.7 g/t and gravity recovery was 46.03% while the gravity grinding fineness being 69.3% of-0.074mm; the gold grade of flotation concentrate was 19.3 g/t and flotation recovery was 38.16%, total gold grade of gravity-flotation concentrate was 30.48 g/t and total gold recovery was 84.19% while the regrinding fineness of gravity tailings being 88.5% of-0.074mm.
