摘要
应用电子显微镜研究了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金时效析出的η相的精细结构。计算了η相三种取向关系22种变体产生的复合衍射图,解释了[111]_(Al)的复杂衍射谱。通过高分辨象直接验证了η相与基体的某些取向关系。并观察到η相中存在的缺陷结构。
A TEM study was systematically made to the fine-structure of aged η-phase precipitates in a kind of Al(Zn,Mg,Cu) alloy. With computation carried out for the composite diffraction pattern of the orientation relationships involving matrix with 3 types of η-phase,including 22 possible variants, the complex [lll]Al pattern as experimental result can be elucidated well. Also, some actual orientation relationships between η-phase and matrix were verified directly by means of high-resolution micrography , with structural defects observed in η-phasηe as well.
