摘要
利用配对设计方法 ,田间人工接种 ,系统地研究了 7个欧亚种葡萄品种和 3个品系自交后代对霜霉病与白粉病的抗性分布。结果表明 :供试品种 (系 )后代对霜霉病和白粉病抗病性分布之间存在极显著相关 ,即自交后代对两种病害的抗病性属于伴随遗传现象 ,并初步证明这种伴随遗传现象是由葡萄抗病基因的多效性引起的。
Using the method of matching design,the distribution of the resistance to P.viticola and U.necator were studied with the self bred progenies of 7 varieties and 3 clones by artificial inoculation in the field condition.The results showed that the distribution of the resistance to P.viticola is very significantly correlated with that of the resistance to U.necator ,in the self bred progenies of every variety(clone)studied.This indicates that the resistance to the two diseases in self bred progenies might be caused by the manifold effects of the disease resistance genes in vine.
